HOW WE WORK
With Prominence Publishing, you are not just a number. We only work with a limited number of clients at one time, so we can offer you personalized attention – whether on Zoom, by phone or email. You will not be passed around from department to department! Our Director of Publishing will work directly with you each step of the way to ensure you are completely satisfied with your finished product. We’re not happy until you’re happy!
We are a hybrid publisher. What does this mean? It means that we do all the work to get your book professionally published, but we allow you to retain 100% rights to your book and ALL royalties from book sales. This is why we charge an upfront fee to publish your book. You invest in our services and then all the money you make from book sales is yours to keep.

Steps to Working Together:
Most people come to us with their book already written, but nowhere near finished. The first step is to schedule a strategy call to discuss your book and your goals for publication. We’ll explain how we work with authors and determine if we’re a good fit.
If we decide to work together, you’ll work one-on-one with our Director of Publishing, Beth Nightingale. She’ll read your book and decide what kind of editing package you’ll need. Once your book is safe in our editor’s hands, Beth will arrange the cover design for your book based on your preferences and ideas.
Once the book has been edited and proofread, we’ll professionally typeset it with proper headings, margins, page numbers and all the good stuff that makes it into a book. We have templates you can choose from, or we can design it from scratch.
Our job is to make you look good! Once the cover and interior have been approved by you, then we launch it on Amazon! Then it’s time for you to celebrate.
